What is Womb Wisdom?

What does the Womb work do?

Discovering the womb and taking those first steps to clear, cleanse and open its infinite vastness is an essential piece of the healing journey for every woman.

Womb work doesn’t “do” anything, it’s closer than that, I would say that womb work “gives” you everything.  It’s a discovering, an un-veiling and a re-membering. It’s the true orientation for a woman to be coming from.  It gives us back our true house, our place of being so that we may rise up and into the heart with strong rooted foundations and a sense of Earthly reality.  It’s the rock upon which we are built.

The Womb is the deep silence, the sound knowledge of truth and the loving embrace that holds us all together, as a life form within all life forms.  The womb reveals to us true sight, deep feeling and a sense of support and belonging that is second to none.  When all else fails in life, womb remains as that pillar to lean against, that rock to hold onto and those arms to cry in.

The womb is a part of the soul embodied, here on Earth deep within the human form.  Without a doubt it is a woman’s most reliable, trusted and safe home.  During the beginning stages of Womb Work, this will become her most precious and treasured discovery. It is the place that does not move, and you will discover a part of yourself that is eternal, ever-present and easily reached.

The difference between the Soul and the womb is that the womb is physical, located in the body and a part of the body that women know so well.  The Soul at first is seemingly etheric, out of reach and non-physical. But they both merge in the human form through the womb.

What does the womb lead to?

The Womb leads us to the seed of our being, our first creative spark.  It invites us to be re-born, regenerated and resurrected.  It is a cave of pure creativity where we are the creator.  The Womb is your inner council where you will discover your doctor, surgeon, adviser, confidant, sage, decision-maker and artist.  Every face and facet of your being has roots into the womb, and the womb is the clearest domain to have that meeting.

Ultimately the womb leads us to Womb of all life, the beginning and the end of all known and unknown universes.  It is the place upon which all of life simply must travel through to be created.  When you realise this, you can begin to create within your own womb, placing projects and hearts desires within its field to be birthed into the world.

Transmuting with the womb is another “gift” of the womb.  The womb has the facility to be able to contain and transmute negative or harming energies, stripping away the orientation of the negativity into a pure state of neutrality. This stage of working with the womb comes only after it has been cleared, and with the guidance and instruction of a womb teacher.

How does it feel as a woman to have the womb open?

To live with your womb open brings you a gift and state of being that was previously unknown. You feel beautiful, gorgeous, rich and sensual without the “edge” of threat perceived from other women.  You are non-threatening in your beauty and happiness within your body.  You ooze nature, life, promise and pure joy.

There is a sense of belonging to nature, to the whole world and that belonging naturally extends to all other life.  Again, I could even extend to say that living from the womb is a life lived without fear.

Duality dissolves, there is an inherent “rightness” about life and this ease of being is seen, felt, cherished and hopelessly given to all.

However, an open womb also comes with a self-responsibility as its magnificence is very attracting and will draw attention.  During the beginning stages it is advised to place yourself within healthy and productive environments and situations.  As you progress you can begin to turn around seemingly negative situations and places back into a non-harming co-existence with the rest of all life.

What does it feel like for others around you and relationships?

There is an air of confidence and a deep eternal look within the eyes.  When engaging with others you are 100% present and searching deeply into their eyes for the truth of where they are coming from.  This can seem disconcerting and perhaps make people feel exposed or naked, as the whole of that other person is being seen.  There is no hiding place or veiling as all is witnessed.  Not from a place of making things right, simply from an angle of seeing the truth of what is before you.  Yet this very level of presence lays down a carpet of safety and a sense of being held.  Others feel they are being really listened too, that there is another there with them.  People eventually relax, open and allow past hurts, memories and agonising mind states to be spoken, released and let go of.

I have now realised that there is no more socialising left for me; all of my being is now given to holding this space for others. I have no desire to waste time with meaningless conversation anymore.

What feelings arise from it and its voice?

The feelings of the Womb are of vastness, eternity and a silence that is brimming with the light of creation.  It includes the world, but is not of the world.  It reaches all the way into Galactic Centre.  It encompasses all of life living, being born and dying.

It can give rise to feelings of softness, yet power, aloneness and also belonging, tenderness and bravery.  It is the voice of God, and also the human.  It is the mother and the child.  It is birth and even death.  It is ancient and also unborn.

You can not say what it is, as its definitions will always escape you.  You can simply rest in the truth that its feelings and voice are it all.

Why is it important?

It is essential that a woman be taken to the fullness of her being.  Living without the womb is like living without the Soul.  Without the open womb, life will only exist, not be lived through.  It simply has to be known, discovered and entered.

Its importance is transmuting, clear sight, creating fields of energy that regenerate yourself and your partner in love making, connection to the web of life and this foundation deep within your being.

Without these elements woman will be tossed around upon the ocean of life, with little soulful direction or sense of orientation.  Woman will be held within the grip of Maya, falling for all its games and especially the western woman, who is mostly head-centered.

The most important reason I saved for last.  A clear and open womb is the channel for the next generations of humankind to come through.  By giving birth to new souls here on earth, I can say with the whole of my being, that this is one of the surest ways to elevate the future of mankind.  Birthing through the open and healed womb, nurturing and rearing with a mother with an open womb and growing up in an environment where your child sleeps and rests within the field of the womb, will and can be a life lived with only instinctive fears ever being experienced.

That being will grow into an adult faster than the rest of us, and be part of a new generation that heralds in the New Humanity.

The Voice of the womb, Anaiya speaks:

I speak of a time to come, where humankind will live as love unhindered by fear.  A time where we can all give endlessly without wanting.  A time where mankind is a gift to the planet and a guide to other life forms. Where beings will radiate with a light that joyfully sings out into the Universe.

Where man and woman can give themselves to each other without the fear of losing themselves. They will already be lost, lost in the love of the Divine and their Divinity within each other. There truly will be a time when love will saturate the mind, and drench every footstep taken.

And the absolute truth is that this … is but one choice away.

Key Questions For Accelerated Growth and Development

July 16th, 2010

Is your marriage growing? Are you growing? Are you just going from problem to problem, or looking at the bigger picture of what life is about for you, your marriage and your family? Growth and development moves more quickly when we clearly focus on it.

It is so easy to be distracted by life’s many demands. Let’s take a moment, quiet ourselves, and consider the longer view:

1. What do I/We really want?

The question of the ages. So many things we want to do with our lives and so little time to get to them.

What is really worth our efforts? How much are we willing to invest in that direction? How do we balance the long term desire against the daily necessities?

2. Should I/We really change?

Being complacent kills opportunity. Are we willing to give up the familiar and to accept the challenge? Is there a small beginning we’re willing to make without scaring ourselves to death by starting too big?

3. What’s the bright side in all of this?

People truly are happier when they look at the “half filled glass.” We’ve got research that demonstrates it. Why should you be left out?

4. Am I/We comfortable with what we’re doing?

Are there any red flags we’re not paying attention to? Are we compromising ourselves in some way? Our we truly being true to who we are?

5. Have I done enough for myself?

Discontentment building up over time can be dangerous to your relationships, but becoming aware of it along the way can enable you to do things you never imagined.

6. Am I happy at where I/We are today?

Am I happy with my life’s level of love, sharing, sex, money, parenting ability, vacations and time off, relating to inlaws, meaning in our lives, etc…

7. How much could I/We have?

Are there self-limiting beliefs that lock us into the spot we’re in? How much is REALLY possible? Would we be willing to make the sacrifices necessary? Is God, the Universe, or our Life-Purpose calling us toward something we can barely imagine?

8. What motivates me?

What motivates you? It’s an answer you have to find for yourselves. There are so many things that can make each of us happy, but to choose just one can be extremely difficult. Sometimes we need to focus in on the One Main Thing.

9. What Really Makes Me/Us Tick?

So, what really makes you tick? Ask your partner for observations on you. Changing, improving, or growing is sometimes forced upon us by circumstances, but it is always a better journey when you Really Want It. My personal experience is that just when I think I’ve got myself figured out I discover something else lurking within. The years go by, my experience increases, and new dimensions of myself are brought forth. So it is with you, as well.

Life is a journey. Separately or together we progress from learning to learning. We can facilitate the process be staying open to the wonder of it all, always asking what we can now know more fully about ourselves. Ask, and receive!

Live Your Life With No Regrets-It Starts Now

July 15th, 2010

I wish I had time to…Could this be the moment that you start to achieve?Consider this:You choose what you do with your time What do you have to do differently today to really enjoy the most important things in your life?Never do something just to “kill time” – if you find yourself with some spare time, treasure it and do something special.Wisdom comes with years, but there is nothing to stop any of us asking those who have been down the road before us if they can give us some clues to be smart on our journey. Everyone believes that they will have a long life, but what if next month was the end of the journey for you?Does that idea want to make you get busy or what?I am sure that given that news, you would cherish every moment. For someone, their life will end on Friday. Never miss the moment, ever, because it won’t come back.Time frames might look something like this for people in a modern society.Sleep = 6-8 hoursMeals = 1-2 hoursWork = 8 + hoursSpare = 6-9 hoursLooks fine in theory but we all know that life gets in the way and there is no way that you will have 6-9 hours per day to do the things that you want, right! This is not enough time, is it? Imagine what you could do with some serious time like that? So how do you get 6 weeks a year to do this – just find 1 hour per day.Can you find one hour a day to devote to your goals – just one?Maybe you could start with the two biggest time thieves that we have in our modern lives – TV and surfing the web. Here are some other ideas for finding the time to work on your goals.Do important things early in the day. Get up one hour earlier and go to be one hour earlier – give it a try. Become a morning person and get things done early.Maybe you can find a number of smaller time windows to work on your goals.Get a watch with an hourly chime. Respect your time. When you hear the chime – look at what you have done in the last hour – did it help you to achieve a goal?If you think of yourself as being on an hourly rate 24 hours a day, the value of your time will come into perspective. Think carefully about how you spend your time.It is not about accounting for every minute of the day. It is about making conscious decisions about what you choose to do with your time. Get a plan, get cracking and have fun achieving your goals.Live Life and Have Fun!If you would like to know more about living your life the way you would love to, visit www.yourtimestartsnow.com.auDon McKayLive Your Life With No Regrets-It Starts Now

Treat Nature With Respect To Avoid Destruction

July 15th, 2010

I had diarrhea throughout the night. That was tough! I wonder what Nature was trying to teach me?! Probably not to eat too much of chilly!
I felt better in the morning. Diana, our host in Jakarta came and picked us up at about 10.30am. We were heading to the animal safari which is about an hour journey from Jakarta. As we were nearing the place, there were some people selling carrots for the animals. We bought some carrots from a small girl who was hardly 10 years old. It wasn’t easy bargaining with her though! She was good and pretty well versed in the trade!
As we are not allowed out of the car, we could only see some animals at close range. The white tigers were beautiful; up ’till now I have seen them only in pictures. At this point, someone in our group remarked, “I wonder who is being watched now, we or the animals? Are we humans here to watch the animals, or the animals watch us humans caged up (in car)?!” Upon hearing that, we all burst out laughing.
Come to think about that, when we look around us, Nature seems to be doing a fine job taking care of all animal and plant species. There seem to be chaos among the animal and plant world only when humans are around; for example deforestation, weather change, rising of global temperature, destruction of ozone layer and so on.
Nature is taking its course in correcting the damage humans are creating. Nature balances, by first causing destruction in the world of humans itself, using its primary weapons which are ether (e.g. negative thoughts), air (e.g. airborne diseases), fire (e.g. forest fires), water (e.g. tsunamis, massive floods), and earth (e.g. barren soil, earthquake), to do its work. The moment one species begin to cause massive damage and harm the existence of another species, it is just a matter of time before Nature does its work. Of the three Nature’s primary function; creation, preservation and destruction; that which is most feared even among the wise men and women in the past is destruction!
It has always been my sincere hope that, we, human beings, the highest known evolved species on earth, according to science; would recognize our mistakes and start treating Nature with much respect.
Anyway, coming back to Jakarta, we headed to Diana’s home. My wife and other two of our friends went for massage and shopping, while I just wanted to sleep. I was having a severe headache. We would be catching an early flight back to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow.

About Guided Meditations

July 14th, 2010

Guided meditations are a way to help you look inward and explore your true self. It’s as if you entered a new country and you needed a guide there. You could probably find your way on your own, but it would be easier if someone else showed you the way. And so we go with you: we join you on your journey and help you find the best path to follow.

We also join you on an energy level – that is, for the time we are together we enhance your energies with ours. Your guide is a companion through whom you can share the country you are visiting, because they dwell there, grew up there. They have the energy of someone who lives in a place, on the inner planes, and can explore with you the crevices and the depths, can show you what to look for and how to examine what is there.

We have been made to explore with you. It is our nature to enjoy this, as you enjoy the adventure of exploring with others, of showing a visitor around your country or your town. It is our joy to show you around your inner landscape.

When you reach the levels to which the meditations take you, a broad array of experiences awaits you. It is as if you have entered a large geography, a place with of high mountains and low valleys and rivers sparkling with life. It is in these places that we meet you and are delighted to be here and to explore these spaces with you, so that the experience is whole and of mutual benefit to all of us. Our meeting with you fulfils our destiny also; that is why we join you with joy in our hearts. We hope to convey this joy to you also, and bring you closer to your own being.

We invite you to join us here as often as you can. We are preparing a way on the earthly plane by providing guided steps of discovery to help you find the path. Even after we leave you, you can return as often as you please, for once you have learned how to get here you can enjoy your own adventures in these spaces, on your own time. Prepare yourself for adventure such as you may never have known, discovering your own inner surface.

By exploring your inner landscape, you will become part of the community of inner selves: you will join more readily with others on a spiritual level, and find the answers to your questions more easily than you did before.

We invite you to your own being, and lovingly attain those states of mind through which you will enter the realms of peace.

Go, and have peace.

Mirror Mirror On The Wall, Who Deserves My Goodwill Most Of All?

July 14th, 2010

Whoever is looking in the mirror deserves goodwill most of all. Why, because our outer world can be no different than our inner world. If you do not see yourself in the mirror then you are probably a vampire since they don’t see their reflection. All kidding aside, you must plant your own seeds of goodwill inside yourself first. Then nurture, water, and organically fertilize your own internal goodwill in order to reap the harvest of extending authentic goodwill. So what does this look like?

Creating our individual purpose, vision, and mission statements are a great place to start. This provides us with an organic template that supports us in staying true to ourselves. Along our path we will encounter many challenges and many thoughts and emotions that can potentially sabotage our focus. Extending goodwill is impossible when we sabotage what is important to us. I have found in my own journey of empowerment that it is essential that I heal and accept the unconscious shadow parts of myself that steer me away for my true purpose, vision, and mission. Accepting is the beginning of the surrendering process that releases me from my own bondage. Here are some methods for healing unconscious sabotaging beliefs: PSYCH-K, EFT, The Sedona Method, Ho’o Pono Pono, and much of the work of James Arthur Ray from The Secret. Find what resonates with you. James Ray and PSYCH-K have done wonders for me at releasing my deep seated fears and limiting beliefs.

James Ray says that we have to go three for three. “Going ‘3 for 3′ is what happens when your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions are all firing simultaneously and in alignment” (James Ray, Harmonic Wealth, 2008). When we engage in these three for three processes we are coalescing our energy to support what we say is important in our lives. When we integrate this with the unconscious release of limiting beliefs, we have a manifestation machine at our Divine fingertips. In essence, we are promoting goodwill within ourselves. The critical areas to address with our internal goodwill are: thoughts and emotions, relationships, sexuality, physical, work and career, financial and material, social and recreational, community and social and environmental responsibility, spirituality, and time and committed action. We consciously develop our vision from these 10 areas. We find our purpose through our own internal meditative processes. Our purpose drives us, inspires us, and motivates us. Our purpose is why we are here. Our mission is the vehicle that manifests our vision. Goodwill is finding harmony in each of these 10 areas and being true to ourselves first and foremost!

When we are living our purpose and mission and manifesting our vision then the extension of goodwill to others is natural and infinite. We are indeed connected to our source, our Goddess selves. This is why the extension of goodwill is endless. Love is all there is. In Loving ourselves and living our passionate purpose, we remember that we are Love and unlimited. Everything else becomes easy and effortless. Life was never meant to be hard.

There are many different ways to find your internal goodwill. I have shared with you what works for me. I reiterate, you must find what resonates with you! So the next time you look in the mirror, know that you deserve goodwill first and foremost. Then get ready to dance your way through life with grace and gratitude. Letting go of fear means saying yes to Love. Love yourself, remember that you are God, and know that your purpose, vision, and mission are your Divine plan. Just stay unattached for sometimes our Divine energy has something even better in store for us. I don’t know about you, but I Love surprises! Now that’s goodwill I’m willing to share with everyone!

Flawed Lens

July 13th, 2010

They say that SEEING is BELIEVING. And then there are those of the more esoteric paradigm who reverse it and follow the BELIEVING is SEEING journey of life. Maybe it is another one of those And-Also things. But let me deal with that which seems rather obvious to me and maybe you’ll get a glimpse of something similar.

Both the scientific materialists and the spiritual determinists SEE through FLAWED LENS.

The God of science is the material-physical of course while the God of religion is the anthropomorphic being “somewhere out there”. Enter this thing called December 21, 2012, the winter solstice from stage right. From stage left add the Mayan calendar actors and, VOILIA, we have an interesting story to perform before the earthling creatures.

While the show is going on the audience is beginning to HEAR a different message than the one being played out on stage.

There is a growing consciousness that there’s more to life than molecules, cells, electrons, and positrons. Of course quantum physics is going a long way to demolishing those Newtonian concepts. There is a growing consciousness that there is more to life than doctrine, dogma, rules, and rituals. And we owe a lot of that thinking-feeling to the Gnostic remnants of many differing ilk and mystics everywhere.

Roaring past six billion people living on the planet longer and longer with fewer and fewer resources, the flawed lens through which the earth, the solar system, and the universe are viewed is no longer working. There are too few people trying to control too many masses with hidden information that due to the digital age and the internet can no longer be hidden. The LENS of LIFE is getting wiped clean. We are seeing more clearly.

The earth is going through a MAJOR TRANSFORMATION and that would include you and me. If you can’t see it, take off your glasses and have them cleaned.  :-)

Travelers Paradise Thailand

July 13th, 2010

Thailand is the most visited country in Southeast Asia. This thanks to the incomparable natural beauty, as its beautiful tropical islands to the south and the jungle in the north, but also historical and artistic wonders, Buddhist monastery and museums. All this accompanied by the possibility of creating very beautiful places for vacation without spending astronomical sums. The excellent quality-price ratio is indeed one of the most obvious travel destinations. True shopper’s paradise, Thailand has earned over time a well-deserved fame as a natural and cultural heritage: a journey into the land of smiles means coming into contact with a place that likes to call itself a strong identity and distinguish itself as “thainess” food, massages and wellness, crafts, holidays, accommodation, everything falls into that particular principal character of being “Thai”.The FoodThe Thai food is characterized by spices, many of them hot, which accompany almost every dish. How to Read Tea Leaves for Fun Or Profit

July 12th, 2010

The ancient art of reading tea leaves in a cup is quite simple, and can be learned in a very short time. Although psychics throughout the ages have used it as a system of divination, any one can learn to master the techniques involved. Before long you will be making predictions about the future for friends and family. What’s more, as you develop your intuitive skills and confidence you’ll be in a position to invite people round for readings and charge as much as £50 to £60 ($100) per hour.

You don’t need to posses any psychic ability; all that’s really required is patience to understand the various symbols and their meanings. However, as with all divinatory systems constant use can have the effect of developing and stimulating your natural intuitive ability. Adding clairvoyancy to the skill will give you a deeper insight into the metaphysical energy surrounding the process. Reading tealeaves is a fun way of stimulating the imagination and tapping into the unconscious mind and listening to your inner self for answers to problems or dilemmas that you may have. The process also links in with Carl Jung’s theory of the ‘Collective uconsciousness’, where by ones intuition isn’t limited by the constraints of space or time. It’s through this that tealeaf readers can look into a persons past, present or future.

The ancient practice of interpreting patterns made by tealeaves in the cup is called Tasseography, otherwise known as tasseomancy or tassology. “Tasse” or “tass” is an Arab word, meaning small cup or goblet. The art also includes the reading of coffee grounds and wine sediments. In China and Japan tea drinking had a ceremonial use and an aid to meditation. A reader would watch for omens in the patterns and shapes left after drinking the tea. Although tealeaf reading is associated with Gypsy fortune-tellers and Victorian parlour games it’s roots began in Asia, ancient Greece and the Middle East. In recent history it has close ties with Scottish, and Irish tradition as well as throughout Eastern Europe.

Historically, a psychic often had a special cup that he or she would use for readings. Likewise a special spoon may be used to give it a sense of ritual. The cup, saucer and spoon should be first washed or cleansed by immersing it in hot soap and water and rinsing it with cold. Modern day psychics use cups with astrological markings printed on the inside. This not only gives a reading from the tealeaves but also provides information based on the astrological signs. The cup should have a wide brim and should be plain inside as any pattern would conflict with the interpretation of the leaves

Part of the ritual of reading tea leaves is in the act of sitting down and enjoying the tea in the company of fellow drinkers as this allows you to relax and gather your thoughts. Typically psychics choose not to use small commercially produced tealeaves but opt for the larger type i.e. Jasmin or Erl Grey etc. The person having the reading would be asked to spoon a measure of tea into a heated pot or directly into a china cup. Some psychics ask that the person receiving the reading stir the dried leaves before spooning them into the teacup or pot. This is seen as being similar to shuffling tarot cards before a reading. Boiling water is poured over the tea as the person receiving the reading stirs the pot or cup. At the same time he or she should concentrate on the particular question that they would like an answer to. The teapot is swirled and the tea poured into the cup.

When the tea is cool enough to drink the person receiving the reading sips the liquid whilst continuing to concentrate on the question. The person having his or hers tealeaf read should leave about a quarter of an inch of tea at the bottom of the cup. The cup should then be swirled around with the left hand three times in a clockwise direction so that the tealeaves are in a state of suspension. It is then flipped quickly facedown onto a napkin, which has been placed on the saucer thus leaving the tealeaves on the bottom and sides of the cup.

Iterpretation of the symbols can be either exactly as they appear, for example a house, may mean contentment and home, or symbolically ie combined with a bell may mean good news or an invitation on it’s way. Contradicting images imply indecision in the person’s mind. Sometimes the top of the cup is seen as lucky and the bottom is seen as unlucky, but you should use your intuition and common sense when deciding this. The size of the symbol may give you clue to its importance. The rim represents the present or things that may happen within a few days or weeks. The sides predict the future. The bottom predicts the very distant future.
